manage stress. The reader is given three suggestions to help meet these goals:

They explain to be careful with your sex partner and using a needle. They
explain you cant get AIDS just by touching a person casually. You
dont need to be scared of people with AIDS.

About Cancer
This book is about reducing the risk of getting cancer. It also discusses early
detection of cancer and describes common tests for cancer. The instructors who
used this book in their classrooms said that the students found the information
useful when presented with some direction from the instructor and with
classroom discussion. Some students found the book difficult to read on their
own. Everyone said it was an excellent resource book to have in the classroom.
