Literacy BC at the 2006 Word on the Street Festival

On September 24 this year, Literacy BC once again hosted the Starbucks Family Literacy Tent at the annual Word on the Street Festival in Vancouver.

Literacy BC’s Jean Rasmussen, Marj Froemgen and Cynthia Whitaker greeted visitors to our booth in the Starbucks tent, distributed books to children, and handed out information on family literacy and learning in B.C.
